永磁同步电动机步进控制动态特性研究

         

摘要

Dynamic simulation and experimental verification of the constant frequency control which was one of the typical stepper drive for control was given. The simulation and the experiment results showed that PMSM with application of constant frequency control has good dynamic and positioning characteristics. It could absolutely satisfy the requires of high-performance, low power requirements in the modern industrial system. In the meanwhile, the research results also provided a reference for the application of PMSM in high-performance occasions.%以同步电动机中常用的永磁同步电动机(PMSM)为控制对象,针对交流步进传动控制方法的恒频控制进行了动态仿真,并通过搭建试验平台进行验证.仿真与试验结果表明,恒频控制方式的PMSM系统具有良好的动态特性,完全能满足现代工业系统中的高性能、低功耗的要求.试验结果也为PMSM在高性能控制场合下的应用提供了参考.
