船用低噪声感应电机优化设计

             

摘要

在基于商用有限元软件“多层切片法”处理斜槽的基础上,通过对斜槽的理论分析和仿真计算,对某型号75 kW4极船用电机参数进行了单斜槽和特殊双斜“人字型”斜槽转子两种方案的匹配性优化设计,同时对风扇参数进行优化和特殊设计.通过样机测试,并与同规格常规电机和船用低噪声电机进行对比,试验结果表明,其结构噪声和空气噪声都大幅降低,验证了电机方案优化的可行性和正确性,对船用低噪声感应电机的优化设计具有一定的参考价值.%Based on " multi-slice method" about skewed rotor of commercial finite element software, two programs were designed to optimize the matching on parameters of one type 75 kW 4-poles marine motor through theoretical analysis and simulation, one was conventional single-skewed rotor, the other was special double A type skewed rotor, and fan parameters and structure were also designed to optimize. According to prototype testing and comparing to common specifications and another low vibration and noise for the marine motor, experimental results showed that its structure' s noise and air noise were declined significantly, which verify the feasibility and correctness of the optimization on prototype motor. Besides, the manner dealing with problems was also helpful to low vibration and noise for marine induction motor optimization to some degree.
