压缩机专用电机高效风扇的研究

摘要

根据压缩机专用电机的特殊工况，研究适合压缩机电机使用的高效风扇，并根据试验数据分析探讨风扇对于电机温升、轴承温度、通风损耗及噪声等相关性能的影响。介绍了风扇与风罩的合理匹配。%A research on high efficiency fan for compressor motor was conducted based on motor’s special operation condition;besides, the impact of the fan on motor performance was analyzed and explored on the basis of experiment data, performance such as motor temperature increase, bear temperature, ventilation loss and noise etc. The match between fan and fan housing was introduced.
