电动机绕组带电直流电阻测试装置研制

摘要

介绍了电动机绕组带电直流电阻测试装置的研制。装置采用扼流滤波设计，实现强弱电隔离，使用高精度和高分辨率调理采样器件，可在电动机通电运转时直接测得绕组的直流电阻值，同时保证测试精度达到标准要求，提高了高效、超高效电动机效率测试的精度。在实际应用中取得了良好效果。%The development of motor winding DC resistance live line test device was introduced. The device adopted choke filter design and realized the isolation of strong and weak electricity. Sample circuits with high precision and high resolution were used, so the DC resistance of motor winding could be measured when it is running.
