同步电动机矢量控制系统典型励磁故障分析

         

摘要

Based on phenomenon of excitation fault, comparing the fault waveform and electrical parameters, the faults of excitation overcurrent and overvoltage protection circuit were summarized and analyzed, which occurred in the running of vector control system for TMDrive-70 synchronous motor. It leads to excitation current regulation failure that load calculation deviation is caused by rotor initial angle offset. In addition, the fault of excitation overcurrent is also caused by the problem of motor load balancing. Resonance overvoltage is caused by not reasonable parameters of absorb circuit with resistance capacity in excitation rectifier bridge. By adjusting the initial angle of rotor magnetic pole, balancing the load among multiple machines, optimizing parameters of absorb circuit with resistance capacity, the problems of the excitation faults in the practical application are solved.%针对励磁故障现象,通过对比故障波形和电气参数,对TMDrive-70同步电机矢量控制系统在运行中出现的励磁过流故障、过压保护回路故障进行了总结分析。转子初始角发生偏移,引起负载角计算偏差,导致励磁电流调节失效;另外,多电机负荷平衡问题,也会导致励磁过流故障。励磁整流桥的阻容吸收回路参数不合理,会引起谐振过电压。通过调整转子磁极初始角、平衡多机间负荷、优化阻容吸收回路参数,解决了实际应用中的励磁故障问题。
