直驱永磁无刷直流轮毂电机参数计算和结构设计∗

         

摘要

By Taking city micro electric vehicle with two wheels of hub motor as the research object, the main performance parameters of permanent magnet brushless DC hub motor were obtained with design requirements of prototype vehicle, such as rated power, maximum speed, rated torque. The supporting shaft of wheel hub permanent magnet brushless motor of direct drive method was adopted cantilever standing structure. A right side plate equipped with temperature sensor and current sensor and rotor matched with the support by the lip seal were provided ensure the sealing the electric machine. The core components were taken into account constraint force analysis, 3D modeling and strength check, like rotor bracket and supporting shaft. The experimental results showed that the external characteristic curve of the wheel hub motor could meet the use requirements of city micro electric vehicle. It was helpful for practical reference and guidance on the wheel hub motor in research and development and production process.%以某款城市微型电动汽车的轮毂电机为研究对象,通过原型样车设计要求计算出永磁无刷直流轮毂电机所需的额定功率、最高转速、额定转矩等主要性能参数。设计的直接驱动的永磁无刷轮毂电机采用悬臂支撑结构,装有电流传感器和温度传感器的电机右侧板和转子支架配合采用唇形密封圈,以保证内部的密封性,对转子支架、支撑轴等核心部件进行约束受力分析、三维建模和强度校核。样机试验表明该轮毂电机的外特性曲线能够满足城市微型电动汽车的使用要求。这对该款结构的轮毂电机产业化过程有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
