高精度高可靠性PMSM控制系统硬件电路设计∗

         

摘要

针对现代高性能永磁同步电机( PMSM)控制系统对转速进行高精度控制和系统具有高可靠性的要求,设计和实现了一种高精度高可靠性PMSM控制系统。该系统以DSP和CPLD为控制系统核心架构,采用3路独立H桥逆变驱动电路,并设计了电流检测、电流保护、主电压检测和电机转子位置和转速检测等电路,实现PMSM转速的高精度控制。经过实际系统的测试,可以看出,旋转变压器信号品质很高,噪声很小,过流保护信号响应速度很快,电机能在10000 r/min转速下稳定可靠的运行,而且该系统还具有输出功率大、带负载能力优越、电机运行平稳安静等优点。试验结果证明了该设计的可行性。%Aiming at the requirements of high-precision speed control and system with high reliability of the modern high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) control system, a PMSM control system with high speed and high reliability was designed. The system used DSP and CPLD as the core controller, combined with three independent H-bridge inverter drive circuits, and designed current detection circuit, current protection circuit, main voltage detection circuit and rotor position and speed detection circuit, realized the high-speed control of the PMSM. The experimental results showed that the resolver signal was very good, overcurrent signal’ s response was very fast, and the PMSM could be stable when operated at the speed of 10 000 r/min. Besides, the system also had the characteristics of high output power, superior load capacity, smooth running, quiet and so on, which proved the feasibility of the design.
