分析了直驱永磁同步风力发电机端部压圈齿压板结构,比较整体式压圈齿压板与分体式压圈齿压板优缺点。应用有限元进行了整体式压圈齿压板与分体式压圈齿压板结构下加强筋的应力与应变计算。计算结果表明两种结构均能满足使用要求,从降低加工成本及加工工艺难度方面考虑,提出了分体式压圈的优化设计建议,供电机设计参考。%By researching on the finger-plate and end-ring for direct-drive wind turbine permanent magnet generator, through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two structure finger-plate and end-ring, use FEA analyzed the deformation and stress of the strengthen rib at different structure finger-plate and end-ring, an optimization design of stator finger-plate and end-ring were presented. The work is of good reference value to direct the permanent magnet generator optimization design.
