风力发电机故障预测半物理仿真系统设计

             

摘要

A semi physical simulation system for fault prediction of wind turbines was designed. The electric signals of the system were used for the prediction. Based on MATLAB simulation and examples of real data processing, the working principle, hardware structure and software design method of the system were described. The feasibility and effectiveness of the Fast Fourier transform, wavelet transform and other traditional and new methods on non-stationary electric power data processing for fault prediction were studied, with wind turbines operating under the condition of uncontrollable natural winds. The results proved that the system was a significant method of studying fault prediction, while it was difficult to obtain the data of wind turbines.%设计了一种利用电信号进行风力发电机故障预测研究的半物理仿真系统,对系统的工作原理、硬件构成以及软件设计方法进行了描述.利用MATLAB仿真和实际数据处理实例,研究了风力发电机在非可控自然风况下快速傅里叶变换和小波变换等传统方法和新的方法处理电功率中非平稳故障信号实现故障预测的可行性和有效性.结果证明在难以获得实际风场数据的情况下,该方法是一种具有实际意义的研究风力发电机故障预测的方法.
