According to the lower accuracy and stability of traditional PID control system, the improved PID control system was designed. The bias of parted integrall PID controler with parameter auto-tuning was used in this control system. When the bias is higher,the integral link will be opened, and stability lower and over-shoot higher will be avoided. The practical operation shows: improved PID control system can tune parameters in closed loop, and overshoot of control system is reduced, the accuracy and stability of control system are im-proved.%针对传统的PID柴油机冷却水温控制系统的控制精度较低稳定性差的现状,设计了一种改进的PID柴油机水温控制系统.该系统将积分分离PID继电自整定控制算法引入传统的柴油机水温控制系统中,在被控量与设定值偏差较大时取消积分作用,避免了由于积分作用造成的系统稳定性降低,超调量增大.应用结果表明,改进的PID控制器能在闭环状态下整定参数,降低控制系统的超调量,使系统的控制精度和稳定性得到显著提高.
