摘要

There are two kinds of 4 - Q AC - DC sources of AC - DC - AC converters; thyristor rectifier/ regenerative sources and AFE. They have their own features and problems, but both of them are not satisfied. A kind of new sources, IGBT rectifier/regenerative source, which price and performances are occupied between them and is introduced in this paper to offer a new option to customers. The new one has many features and will make it get a seat in market, specially in medium voltage converter, common DC bus and 4 - Q H bridge converter fields.%有两种常用的4象限变频器交-直变换电源:晶闸管整流/回馈电源及AFE,它们各有优点及问题,都不令人满意.介绍一种新的电源——IGBT整流/回馈电源,性能和价格都居于上述两种之间,给使用者多提供一种选择.它的许多特点将使它在市场上获得一席之地,特别是在中压变换、公共直流母线及4象限H桥级联中压变频领域.
