6RA70调速器在风洞直流调速系统中的应用

摘要

根据风洞试验所需要的试验风速对风扇电机调速的要求,分析了直流电机的调速原理,提出了大型低速风洞风扇电机的调速方法.通过“以小触大”的方式充分利用6RA70调速器的功能特点对8m×6m风洞直流调速系统进行了改造,并详细介绍了6RA70调速器在系统中的具体应用.改造后的调速系统控制精度高、运行稳定可靠,应用效果良好.%Based on wind tunnel test of test wind speed of the fan motor speed requirements, analyzed DC motor speed control principle, put forward large low-speed wind tunnel fan motor speed control method. Through "with small touchtarge large" way to make full use of 6RA70 governor features of 8 m×6 m tunnel DC speed regulating system,and introduced the 6RA70 governor in the specific application in the system in detail. The control system has high control precision, stable and reliable operation, good application effect after technological transformation.
