多回转式药柜并行取药系统的设计与实现

摘要

由于单个回转式药柜取药时,存放药品种类有限,设计出多回转式药柜并行作业的取药系统.以工控机(IPC)和可编程逻辑器件(PLC)为硬件平台,通过MODBUS TCP/IP协议实现上位机与PLC的通信,采用多线程技术和事件委托方式实现对药柜的实时监控,设计出药品信息管理数据库,实现了系统的各管理功能和单机、联机两种工作模式.实践表明,多药柜并行作业能大大提高药物的存取效率,运转良好.%Due to the species of drugs stored in single auto-carousel medicine cabinet are limited,a flowshop control system of multiple auto-carousel medicine cabinets was designed.The hardware platform consists of programmable logic controller (PLC) and industrial process computer (IPC).Realized the communication between PLC and IPC through the protocol of Modbus TCP/IP,and fulfill the real-time monitoring of the medicine cabinet through multi-thread technology as well as event and delegate technology.The information manage database was designed.Realized the function of each module and working in offiine and online mode.Practice shows that parallel operation drug system can obviously improve the outputting and inputting medicine problem,and running good.
