增量式编码器的脉宽误差分析及新型补偿算法

     

摘要

分析了M/T法测速原理、编码器的脉宽误差和脉宽误差对电机调速系统的影响,提出了一种实时补偿编码器脉宽误差的测速方法,并给出了该方法在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)上实现的原理框图.该方法首先在以M/T法与稳态测速法相结合的调速系统上获得编码器脉宽误差比,然后根据脉宽误差比和编码器位置信号对M/T法测得的转速进行补偿.实验结果验证了该方法的有效性.%After analyzing the principle of the M/T method, the pulse errors of the incremental encoders and the influence of the encoder pulse errors to the motor control system, a new velocity on-line measurement method and the block diagram of this method for implementing in the programmable gate array (FPGA) were presented. First, the width error ratios of the encoder pulse are calculated when the motor control system, the velocity of which is caculated by the combination of steady-state measurement and the M/T method. Finally, the velocity is compensated based on the position signal from the M/T data and the width error ratios of the encoder pulse. The effectiveness of the velocity measurement method is validated by the experimental results.
