基于EtherCAT高性能多轴数控系统平台研究

     

摘要

针对传统数控系统脉冲和模拟量通信难以满足高性能多轴数控系统中大传输速率、强实时性以及高可靠性的要求,提出采用工业实时以太网EtherCAT构建高性能多轴数控系统的方案,并设计了基于EtherCAT实时以太网的多轴数控平台.该平台具有插补周期短、通信速度快、软硬件可重构等特点.采用TwinCAT控制软件对各轴运动情况进行测试,实验结果表明该平台能够实现高速高精运动控制过程.%The communication with the parallel pulses in the traditional NC system can't satisfy with the huge transmission rate, the strong real-time and the high reliability in the high performance NC system. The scheme of high-performance multi-axis NC system with the new generation of industrial real-time ethernet EtherCAT was proposed, and designed the multi axis CNC platform based on real-time ethemet EtherCAT. The platform have these characteristics with short interpolation cycle, high communication speed and software and hardware reconfiguration . Tested the motion of axes by the TwinCAT software to prove the platform can achieve high performance of the numerical control system simulation. The construction of the platform for further algorithm simulation to provide reliable hardware support.
