基于光伏阵列的工作特性,采用Cuk电路作为实现电路,滑模控制器对光伏阵列的最大功率点具有很好的跟踪特性.根据Cuk电路的工作原理,当系统达到稳定时,开关器件具有固定的占空比.利用Cuk电路的这种特性,控制器在跟踪状态下采用滑模控制,稳定状态下采用固定占空比控制,从而避免稳定状态滑模控制下控制开关频率不确定的缺点.仿真实验结果表明该控制器同时具有滑模控制很好的跟踪特性,以及固定占空比所固有的稳定特性.%Based on the operating characteristics of the PV array,using Cuk circuit as a circuit implementation,sliding controller for maximum power point of the PV array has good tracking characteristics.According to the working principle of Cuk circuit,when the system reaches stability,the switching device has a fixed duty ratio.Utilizing this characteristic,the controller used sliding mode control at tracking state,a fixed duty ratio control at the steady state,so as to avoid the shortcomings of the control switch frequency uncertainty at steady state in sliding mode control.Simulation results show that the controller also has excellent tracking characteristics of sliding mode control,and a fixed duty cycle inherent stability characteristics.
