Electrical submersible pump(ESP)system driving by long cable is the way of oil production in offshore oil production platform used. Based on an offshore oil platform cable fire accident,the relevant model was established by using PSCAD software,in the long term-led by cable for cable,over-voltage mechanism and cable insulation fire causes were studied. Studies have shown that long cable-led by cable junction without filtering device will produce more than 2 times of over-voltage,THD voltage total harmonic distortion rate is more than 80%. Modulation method by three level inverter or SVPWM can reduce the long cable-led by cable junction overvoltage amplitude and THD. Designed a method with mounted low-pass filter in the long cable RLC,this method can effectively restrain the long cable-led by cable junction over-voltage amplitude and THD. Results of the study are to extend the life of the ESP system long cable provides the necessary technical support.%长线电缆驱动潜油电泵系统是海上采油平台常用的采油方式.基于某海上采油平台电缆烧毁事故,利用PSCAD软件建立相关模型,研究了长线电缆-引接电缆中过电压产生机理及电缆绝缘烧毁原因.研究表明无滤波装置的长线电缆-引接电缆接头处将产生2倍以上的过电压,电压谐波总畸变率THD超过80%;采用三电平变频器或SVPWM调制方法可降低长线电缆-引接电缆接头处的过电压幅值和THD;设计了一种在长线电缆中加装RLC低通滤波器的方法,该方法可有效抑制长线电缆-引接电缆接头处的过电压幅值和THD.该研究结果为延长潜油电泵系统长线电缆寿命提供了必要的技术支撑.
