汽车零件物流周转箱全自动整理控制系统设计

摘要

The latest fully-automatic management control system of returnable container for auto parts logistics was designed,which could be used in automatically fast separating,arranging and fixing,pallet operating,unmanned transporting and adding a top automatically. With the PLC centre-station of S7-1200 system,the control system could complete the process of data delivery in all stations via industrial ethernet ,which had been successfully applied to a Shanghai auto parts logistics transfer company. Through running,the system,with its reasonable design and reliable operation,is turned out to reduce labor cost greatly and improve production efficiency.%设计一种最新的处理汽车零件物流周转箱的全自动整理控制系统,它具有自动快速分拣、排箱定位、机器码垛、无人输送、自动加盖的功能.该控制系统采用S7-1200系统的PLC为主站,通过工业以太网来完成各站数据间的传递.该控制系统已成功应用于上海某汽车零件物流周转公司,通过运行发现该系统设计合理、运行可靠、大大节约了人工,提高了生产效率.
