一种用于织物表面处理的高压脉冲电源研究*

         

摘要

介绍了一种用于织物表面处理的全桥逆变式低温等离子体电源的工作原理及控制电路。根据纺织物表面处理工艺要求产生稳定、均匀、柔和的低温等离子体。高压电源以IGBT为开关元件进行直流斩波和全桥逆变,实现高压电源高效小型化。控制系统以计算机为控制单元组成外围电路实现电源的自动调节、断电保护。经过试验,电源的各项性能指标均达到预期的设计目标,技术性能满足织物表面处理工艺的需求。%The working principle of a kind of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma power supply used for the surface processing of fabric and its control circuit are presented. The stable, uniform, soft and low temperature plasma should be produced according to the fabric surface treatment process. Using IGBT as the switching element, the high voltage power supply conducts DC chopping and full bridge inverting to realize its high efficiency and miniaturization. The peripheral circuit comprised of computer control units realizes the automatic adjustment and power failure protection for the power supply. By tests and experiments, it is verified that the various performance of the power supply reaches to the anticipated design index and can meet the needs of the fabric surface treatment process.
