石油化工方向应用型人才培育改革试点思考与实践

摘要

学校化工专业2014年被列入“应用型人才培育改革试点”专业，本文结合团队教师及其他参与共建教师的经验，对本专业改革过程中的经验进行思考与总结，如教师工程背景、企业参与力度、课程体系建设和机制建设等，以期提高本专业的改革成效。%A School of Chemical Engineering in 2014 included in the“Application- oriented personnel training reform”Plan. The author combines the experience of teachers involved in the team,exposed some thinking and summary,which include teachers engineering background,corporate involvement efforts,curriculum development and institution- building,expects to improve the effectiveness of the professional reform.
