基于“案例”教学模式在医学统计学教学改革中的应用

     

摘要

Objective:To study the application effect of case teaching method in medical statistical teaching. Method:4 classed of grade 2014 in our school were selected by random sampling. 2 classes of 85 students accepted case teaching as an experimental group while the other 2 classes of 102 students were taught by traditional teaching method as a control group. At the end of the course,we compare the teaching effect between the two groups. Result:The investigation results showed that the examination scores、the calculation scores、the correct rate of choice and the satisfaction of teaching in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group,while the correct rate of judge problem were contrary. Conclusions:Case teaching method can improve the teaching effect,stimulate students'interest in learning, training students' statistical thinking.%目的:探索案例教学法在医学统计学课程教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院2014级医学检验技术4个班级的学生作为受试对象,其中2个班共85名学生作为试验组,另2个班102名学生作为对照组,试验组学生采用案例教学法,对照组学生采用传统教学法,根据学生对教学的满意度及考核成绩进行评估教学效果。结果:试验组学生期末考核总分高于对照组(p<0.05),试验组学生在计算题得分和选择题正确率方面均高于对照组(p<0.05),试验组学生在判断题正确率方面低于对照组(p<0.05);学生对案例教学的满意度高于传统教学(p<0.05)。结论:案例教学法可以提高教学效果,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的统计思维。
