The Problems and Countermeasures of Accounting Information disclosure of listing Corporation

In the capital market of our country, to achieve their own interests or purposes,some listing Corporation wil deliberately distort and obscure the real information or be unwil ing to disclose detailed, real information. In this paper, I wil give the preliminary interpretation of the problems of accounting information disclosure of listing Corporation and the existence of a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the problem and the solution to deal with it, in order to help readers understand the problem.
