西方国家金融监管的新趋势及对我国的启示

摘要

金融危机过后，世界各国都在加强本国金融的监管。以美国、英国为代表的西方国家，他们的市场监管体制经过长时间的实践以及不断的完善，金融监管正显现出新的趋势。这些趋势有的是在原有基础上的延伸和深化，有的则是创新。了解这些新的趋势，对我国走适合我国国情的金融监管之路，具有一定的启示和借鉴作用。本文首先对西方国家金融监管的趋势进行了阐述，接着详细分析了西方金融监管的新趋势对我国的启示，最后就我国金融监管体系提出了相关建议。%After the financial crisis,al countries in the world have been focusing in strengthening their financial regulations.The market supervision system of western countries, represented by the United States,and Britain,has been practiced and improved for a long time,which shows new development trends.Some of the trends are extended and deepened from their origins.Some are from the innovation.To understand these new trends plays important role in inspiration for the development of China's financial regulation.First,this paper elaborates the financial regulatory trends in western countries,then it analyzes the new trend of western financial supervision to our country,last it proposes some?suggestions on the financial regulatory system in our country.
