美国2008年次贷危机一定程度上改变了世界经济发展的方向和模式，影响中国中小企业出口的发展方向。从金融危机中吸取教训，引导中小企业的改变传统发展模式，扶持中小企业做大做强，增强风险的应对能力，是政府所刻不容缓的职责。%　　the United States 2008 subprime crisis changed the direction the pattern of the development of the world economy to some extent,along with affecting the export of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise development direction.It is the responsibility of the government that optimizing the economic structure,supporting small and medium-sized enterprises bigger and stronger,enhancing the ability to respond to risk control from the lessons of the financial crisis.
