城市化与转型社区基层党建工作浅探

摘要

社区党组织是党的基层组织的重要组成部分。随着城市化快速推进，原来的农村居委会逐步转变成城市社区。此背景下，针对基层党组织的工作状况及作用发挥如何，通过对转型社区党建现状的调查及分析，总结了一些基层党组织建设中的经验及做法，对城市化进程中社区基层党组织建设工作进行了初步的探讨。%The community party organization is the important part of the primary organizations of the party. With the rapid development of city,the original rural residents and gradually transformed into the community of city. Under this background ,according to the work condi-tion of grass-roots party organizations and the role of how,through the investigation and Analysis on the present situation of transformation of community party building,summed up some of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the experience and practice of city, in the process of community grass-roots party organization construction work carried out preliminary discussion.
