自主建立中国石油设备行业质量认证制度探讨

摘要

技术性贸易壁垒是国际间贸易保护的重要形式，质量认证是技术性贸易壁垒的主要组成部分之一。目前， API认证是国内石油设备行业进入国际、国内市场的“准入证”，实际已成为国内企业建立、生存和发展的必备条件。2010年至今，国内221家企业被API取消证书使用权，占全球总量的80.7%，经济损失巨大，形势十分严峻。自主建立中国石油设备认证制度，改变API单一认证现状，值得研究探讨。%Technical barriers to trade is an important form of trade protection in the international.Quality certification is one of the main part of the technical barriers to trade.Currently,API certification is the domestic petroleum equipment industry“pass card”to enter the international and domestic markets,has become the domestic petroleum equipment enterprises to establish a prerequisite for the survival and development.Since 2010,221 domestic companies by API cancel the certificate of the right to use,accounting for 80.7%of the global total,the huge economic losses,the situation is very grim.Independent of petroleum equipment certification system,change the API single certification status quo,and worthy of study to explore.
