The health and rapid development of small and micro businesses has main effect to our country’s economic growth, employment and social stability.In 2012,China’s economic growth rate to decline, market atrophy, capital insecurity, small and micro businesses survive the deterioration of the environment, the restriction of financing to the small and micro businesses’ survive and development becomes more prominent. In this background, what is a important theme that research how to solve the difficult problem of small and micro businesses’ financing, to turn the crisis into opportunity, seek survival, and to achieve leaping development.%　　小微企业的健康长足发展，对中国经济增长、就业、社会稳定具有重要作用.2012年，在中国经济增速下滑的大背景下，市场萎缩、资金紧张，小微企业生存环境恶化，融资难对小微企业生存与发展的制约进一步凸显.在这一背景下，研究如何破解小微企业融资的难题，化危机为机遇，探寻生存之道，实现跨越式发展是值得深思的问题.
