促进我国物流业发展的财政政策研究

摘要

物流业对经济发展有着基础性的制约作用。但是由于设施落后、人才紧缺等原因，我国物流业的发展不尽如人意，而财政所发挥的支持作用也十分有限，无论是在投入规模、投入结构还是支持方式、缩小城乡差异等方面，都无法满足物流业发展的需要。因此，从财政支持角度考虑，调整财政支出结构、加大财政投入力度、丰富财政支持物流业发展的手段、加大对农村物流业发展的支持力度等是当前支持物流业发展的财政政策的重中之重。%Logistics industry is one of basic to the development of economy.But because the facilities are backward,talent shortage and other reasons,the development of China's logistics industry is not just as one wishes,the role of support and finance play is also very limited,both in investment scale,investment structure or supporting mode,narrow the differences between urban and rural areas,are unable to meet the needs of the development of logistics industry.Therefore,financial support from the point of view,adjust the structure of financial expenditure,increase financial investment,rich financial support of the development of logistics industry,increase rural development means of logistics support is the priority among priorities currently supports the development of the logistics industry of fiscal policy.
