中国白酒企业专利存在的问题及其对策--以古井贡酒股份有限公司为例

In order to Gujing Distillery Limited by Share Ltd as an example,probes into some problems existing in the Chinese liquor enterprises patent.For example,many Chinese liquor enterprises for patent application authorization attention degree is not high;the present quality liquor enterprise patent in China is not high,the number is to be improved,the low rate of utilization of the patent,patent protection system of the enterprise itself is not perfect;the enterprise's own patent database has not been established,our country overall for patent protection degree is not high and so.Aimed at these questions to propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the patent application,patent incentives to develop awareness and implementation results,improve the patent application rate, improve quality,increase capital investment,the government patent development of technical standards and so on.%以古井贡酒股份有限公司为例，探究了我国白酒企业的专利目前存在的一些问题。例如，我国很多白酒企业对于专利申请授权重视程度不高；目前我国白酒企业专利的质量不高，数量也有待于提高，专利的利用率低，企业自身的专利保护体系不够完善；企业自身的专利数据库没有建立起来，我国总体对于专利的保护程度也不够高等等。针对这些问题提出了相应的对策和建议，如提高专利的申请意识、制定专利奖励办法与执行结果、提高专利的应用率、提高专利的质量、政府加大资金投入、制定技术标准等等。
