新形势下高校毕业生党员教育管理探析

College graduate Party members are a special group of college students inside.The graduating class of students is faced with a variety of choices of life practice,employment,higher education,college graduate Party member groups enhance the liquidity of individual development,distinctive features,Graduate Party member exists inside organization idea difference,style consciousness weak,exemplary awareness and other issues,in addition,the grass-roots party organization life less attractive and innovative.Therefore,we must strengthen the education and management of Party members of college graduates,the innovation of management mechanism,regularly carry out organizational life,innovation organization and way of life,the implementation of dynamic management,do a good job transfer graduate organization relationship.%高校毕业生党员是大学生里面的特殊群体。毕业班学生面临着实习、就业、升学的多种人生抉择，高校毕业生党员的群体流动性增强、个体发展特征鲜明，毕业生党员里面存在组织观念差、作风意识弱、模范意识淡等问题，此外，基层党组织生活缺乏吸引力和创新性。因此，必须加强高校毕业生党员教育管理，创新管理机制，定期开展组织生活，创新组织生活方式，实行动态管理，做好毕业生组织关系转移工作。
