基于熵值法与LM-BP神经网络的'丝路'发展水平研究

摘要

In this thesis,we choose entropy method and LM-BP neural network method to calculate the weight of each evaluation index according to the characteristics of the data from 2010 to 2015.we obtain the development level of the Silk Road Economic Belt according to the weight of index system.On that basis,we evaluate the development situation of the"Silk Road economic belt"according to the comprehensive evaluation results.We also analyze the main factors that restrict the development situation of the"Silk Road economic belt"and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%结合2010—2015年丝路沿线省份数据本身的特点,选择熵值法和LM-BP神经网络法来计算各个评价指标权重.根据评价指标权重,采用加权平均法得到"丝绸之路经济带"的发展水平综合评价结果,以此来评价"丝绸之路经济带"发展水平.最后,根据评价结果,剖析制约"丝绸之路经济带"发展的主要因素,并提出相应的对策建议.
