为探明不同生物有机肥对广元烟区烤烟产质量和土壤养分的影响, 以云烟87为试验材料, 开展了不同生物有机肥施用田间试验研究.结果表明: (1) 施用生物有机肥, 烤烟产量增加1341.19-1499.06 kg·ha-1, 上等烟比率增加8.19%—10.88%, 产值最高增加10838.62元/ha, 显著地提高了烤烟上等烟比例和产值量 (p<0.05) ; (2) 施用生物肥烤烟钾素含量增加, 土壤养分增加, 蛋白酶活性增强; (3) 采用供试细菌SJ40、8GW11和C11生产的生物有机肥效果优于接种放线菌生产的生物有机肥, 施用量以1500 kg·ha-1最佳.%Field experiment was conducted to study effects of different bio-organic fertilizer and application rates on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco (Yunyan 87) and soil improvement.The results showed that: (1) the application of bio-organic fertilizer had positive effect on the yield, first-class tobacco proportion and output value.Compared to CK, the yield increased 1341.19-1499.06 kg·ha-1, the first-class tobacco proportion increased 8.19%-10.88%, and the output value increased 10838.62 Yuan·ha-1. (2) The application of bio-organic fertilizer increased potassium content of tobacco, and the soil nutrient and proteinase activity of tobacco planting fields. (3) The PGP potential of bio-organic fertilizer made by bacteria (SJ40, 8GW11, and C11) was better than that of bio-organic fertilizer made by actinomycetes, and the optimal amount used was 1500 kg·ha-1.
