农村人口流动的社会网络构筑与管理

摘要

Along with the rapid development of market-economy and the accelerating of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of rural surplus labor force move steadily into urban area. In order to adapt them to better urban life,some of the rural migrants form special clustered areas (villages) in urban society. Therefore,it brings a series of new challenges to urban development and management. The process of rural population moving into cities is actually the process of social change,and this special social behavior,which is occurred by the movement of such groups,provides broader meaning to social networks. Analyzing the building incentives,spatial application of social networks will bring widespread practical significance to the so⁃cial management innovation of urban population and the construction of harmonious society.%　　随着市场经济的不断发展，工业化、城镇化的加速推进，大量农村剩余劳动力不断地向城市涌入，其中一部分人为了更好地适应城市生活，在城市社会形成了特殊的聚集区（村），由此给当前城市发展与管理带来了诸多新的挑战。农村人口流入城市中的过程，实际上是社会变迁的过程，这类群体的流动所产生的特殊社会行为过程，赋予社会网络更为广泛的内涵。分析农村人口流动的社会关系网络的构筑动因、网络空间适用，对城市人口的社会管理创新，构建和谐的城市社会具有广泛的现实意义。
