供应链金融理论综述与研究展望

摘要

The academic research on supply chain finance still lags behind the current situation of the industry practice, it weakens the guiding roles of theoretical research to a certain extent. The paper summarizes theoretical researches abroad on sup-ply chain finance from three aspects:research on the concept and mode of supply chain finance, research on risk management of banks of supply chain finance and research on financial and risk management of online supply chain based on the third party B2B platform. According to the study, the paper also proposes research prospects in order to provide a reference for academics.%供应链金融领域仍存在学术研究滞后于业界实践的现状，一定程度上削弱了理论研究的指导作用。文章从供应链金融概念与模式研究、供应链金融业务中银行的风险管理研究、基于第三方B2B平台的线上供应链金融及其风险管理研究三个方面总结国内外在该领域的理论研究，并在此基础上提出了研究展望，以期为学术界提供参考。
