区域城乡收入差距的主要影响因素分析--基于1985-2012年的江西数据

摘要

The paper makes a quantitative study of the impact of various factors on the urban and rural income gap, by building the principal component analysis model based on the statistical data of Jiangxi province from 1985 to 2012. The empirical results show that the improvement of labor productivity of the first and tertiary indus⁃tries as well as the increase of policy support for rural areas can significantly reduce the urban and rural income gap in Jiangxi province. Therefore, both Jiangxi and other less developed regions should accelerate the harmonious development of urban and rural employment to construct the unified urban and rural human resource market, strengthen the coordinated development of urban and rural industries to promote the synchronized increase of econo⁃my and employment, and advance the integrated development of urban and rural systems to realize the equality of urban and rural income distribution.%文章基于1985-2012年江西统计数据所构建的主成分分析模型，定量研究了各因素对城乡收入差距的影响。实证结果表明，提高第一、三产业劳动生产率，加大对农村的政策扶持，能够显著缩小江西城乡收入差距。因此，江西及其他欠发达地区应加快城乡就业统筹发展，构建城乡统一的人力资源市场；加强城乡产业协调发展，促进经济与就业同步增长；推进城乡制度一体化发展，实现城乡收入分配均衡化。
