江苏省农村信息消费差异的动态变化及空间分解——基于泰尔指数的实证分析

         

摘要

This paper, by taking the development of rural information consumption into consideration, applies the Theil index model to investigate the dynamic change process of regional development of rural information consumption and carries out its spatial decomposition in Jiangsu province from 1988 to 2013, in order to determine the causes of regional differences in infor-mation consumption. The results indicate that regional differences of rural residents'information consumption in the province tend to decrease in the sample period. The decline in information consumption differences is due to the decrease in interregion-al differences. Regional differences between the southern, central and northern regions are affected by interregional differences and the differences within the region. In addition, the contribution rate of interregional differences to the overall differences is much greater than that of the differences within the region. The three major regions in the province show some differences. Based on these findings, the paper proposes that the key to solve regional differences in information consumption is to elimi-nate the interregional differences in the province.%文章考虑农村信息消费发展,采用泰尔指数模型对1988-2013年江苏省农村信息消费区域发展的动态变化过程进行考察并对其进行空间分解,以确定江苏省信息消费区域差异的来源.研究结果表明,江苏省农村居民信息消费的区域差异在样本考察期间内呈下降趋势,下降的原因在于区域间信息消费差异的下降.苏南、苏中、苏北的区域差异受区域间差异和区域内差异的影响,区域间差异对总体差异的贡献率远大于区域内差异对总体差异的贡献率,苏南、苏中、苏北三大区域表现出一定的差异性.据此,提出解决江苏农村信息消费区域差异的关键在于消除区域间信息消费发展差异.
