汶川地震中,原北川县城位于地震烈度达到Ⅺ度的极震区内,建筑物几乎破坏殆尽,对其中典型钢筋混凝土框架结构震害情况进行细致的调查和分析,可为该类型建筑的抗震设计提供参考.本文通过对汶川特大地震北川地震遗址中底部两层垮塌的北川交通局钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼进行震害调查,并根据收集到的结构设计图纸建立结构抗震分析模型,基于PKPM结构分析软件进行推覆分析(Push-over)分析,分析该框架结构的承载能力和变形能力.分析结果显示该结构底层和第二层分别为承载力薄弱楼层和变形能力薄弱楼层,与结构实际震害表现一致.在框架结构抗震设计中,应该采取措施避免出现底层屈服而导致的倒塌破坏.%In Wenchuan earthquake,the seismic intensity of Beichuan was Ⅺ.Almost all of the buildings in Beichuan were damaged.It has great value to investigate the earthquake damage and analysis the capacity of the typical reinforcement concrete frame structure destroyed in the earthquake.After the earthquake damage investigation of Transportation Bureau RC frame office building in Beichuan earthquake site,and establishing the seismic analysis model of structure with the structure design drawings of the building collected,the structure' s bearing capacity and deformation are analyzed by Push-over method in PKPM software.The results show that the first layer is the weak bearing layer and the second layer is the weak deformation layer,which is consistent with the real earthquake damage.It should take measures to avoid the first floor yielding in the frame structure seismic design.
