提高液体静压导轨承载能力的方法研究

         

摘要

液体静压导轨的承载能力和油膜刚度是衡量导轨工作性能的两个重要的技术指标。为满足高精密数控设备对静压导轨工作特性的要求,基于液体压力损失理论,本文为液体静压导轨设计了一种新型封油面,并仿真分析了新型封油面的结构参数对油腔压力的影响。仿真结果表明,由于在静压导轨的封油面上开设了结构参数合理的油槽,有效提高了液体静压导轨油腔压力,进而提高了液体静压导轨的承载能力和刚度。仿真结果证明了论文所设计的新型静压导轨较传统的静压导轨具有较好的承载能力和刚度。%Carrying capacity and oil-film stiffness of hydrostatic guide-way are two important technical parameters.In order to meet the requirements of high precision CNC machine tool for hydrostatic guide-way,a new type hydrostatic guide-way with high liquid resistance is put forward based on local pressure loss theory. The simulation analysis is done how the position,width and depth of oil ring on resistive oil edges of the new hydrostatic guide-way effect the oil chamber pressure.It is shown from the simulation results that the liquid resistance of hydrostatic guide-way can be enhanced significantly if the position,width and depth of the oil ring on resistive oil edges of it are appropriate.The experiment on the carrying capacity of the closed constant flow hydrostatic guide-way has done and it is verified that the carrying capacity and oil-film stiffness of the new type hydrostatic guide-way with high liquid resistance are better than that of the old type hydrostatic guide-way.The conclusion got in this paper can be referenced to optimize the structure of hydrostatic guide-way.
