定量核磁共振技术作为一种定量分析方法,具有操作容易,样品制备简单,非破坏性,分析时间短,专属性强,准确度高等优点,可以作为质量平衡定值方法的一种有力补充。定量核磁共振方法有很多种,例如1 H-qNMR,13 C-qNMR,19 F-qNMR和31 P-qNMR等,1 H-qNMR是最广泛使用的。核磁定量结果的影响因素有很多,最主要的干扰因素为定量样品制备,核磁共振实验参数设定,数据处理参数设定等,本文将详细讨论影响核磁定量结果的因素。%Quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance ( qNMR) is a well-known quantitative analytical technique.It has great advantages,such as easy-operation,simple sample-preparation,non-destructive sample,a relatively short a-nalysis time,high specificity and accuracy,etc.It can be used as a good supplement for mass balance method.QN-MR has many kinds, such as1 H-qNMR,13 C-qNMR,19 F-qNMR and 31 P-qNMR.1 H-qNMR is the most commonly used.Accuracy of qNMR is affected by a lot of factors,including sample preparation,parameter setting for data ac-quisition,processing and analysis.All influence factors will be discussed in this paper.
