差示扫描量热法鉴别三层共挤输液用膜初探

             

摘要

Objective:To tentatively study the identification of 3-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion by differential scanning calo-rimetry ( DSC).Methods:The correlation analysis between 3-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion with its pellets and fluence fac-tors were studied by DSC.Results:Melting enthalpy and crystallization peaks of 3-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion were con-sistent with its pellets.Different sample quantity and different heating rates result in variation in DSC curves.Conclusion:DSC can i-dentify qualitatively 3-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion.The study has provided the basis of revising the identification method of 3-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion.%目的:初步探索用差示扫描量热法定性鉴别三层共挤输液用膜。方法:采用差示扫描量热法分析三层共挤输液用膜和其生产所用的粒料之间的相关性,并考察其影响因素。结果:三层共挤输液用膜与其粒料的熔融峰和结晶峰基本一致,升温速率和试样量均对其DSC曲线产生影响。结论:差示扫描量热法能定性鉴别三层共挤输液用膜,为其鉴别项目标准修订提供参考。
