高效毛细管电泳法测定孟鲁司特钠的含量

摘要

目的：建立高效毛细管电泳法测定孟鲁司特钠含量的方法。方法：采用非涂层渍石英毛细管；运行缓冲液为15 mmol・L－1四硼酸钠溶液－5 mmol・ L－1羟丙基－β－环糊精溶液（用磷酸调至pH＝9．0）；运行电压25 kV；柱温25℃；检测波长283 nm；进样系统为压力进样，进样7 s（进样口压力50 mbar）。结果：孟鲁司特钠在2．07～103．3μg・ mL－1浓度范围内线性关系良好，线性方程为Y＝0．7045X＋1．4200（r＝0．9996，n＝6），平均回收率为97．75％，RSD＝1．06（n＝9）。结论：所建方法简便、灵敏、准确，专属性强，可用于孟鲁司特钠原料的质量控制。%Objective:To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis ( HPCE) method for the determination of Montelukast Sodium.Method:The determination was performed on uncoated fused-silica capillary with the running buffer system consisted of 15 mmol・ L-1 borax-5 mmol・ L-1 hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(adjusted pH to 9.0 with phosphoric acid).The separation voltage was 25 kV, the capillary temperature was maintained at 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was set at 283 nm and sample was injected at 50 mbar ×7 s.Results:The calibration curve of Montelukast Sodium was linear in the range of 2.07-103.3 μg・ mL-1 ,the correlation equation was Y=0.704 5X+1.420 0(r=0.999 6,n=6).The average recovery was 97.75%with RSD of 1.06%(n=9).Conclu-sion:The method is simple , sensitive and accurate , which can be used for the quality control of Montelukast Sodium .
