Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of breast distension. Methods: 90 patients with breast distension were divided into control group (n=45) and study group (n=45). The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, the research group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument, and the clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results: Before and after treatment, the patients in the two groups had similar breast distension and pain (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), with no statistical significance. The study group Ⅰ degree was more than the control group (P0.05),差异不显著且无统计学意义;治疗后均显著改善(P0.05),差异不显著且无统计学意义;治疗后研究组Ⅰ度多于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义.观察两组患者临床疗效发现,研究组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义.结论:硫酸镁联合产后康复治疗仪治疗乳胀疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用.
