阿司匹林、克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激联合治疗不孕不育症的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨阿司匹林、克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激联合治疗不孕不育症的临床疗效。方法：在江西省宁都县计划生育服务站2014年10月到2016年4月期间诊治的不孕不育症患者中抽取90例作研究对象并采用随机抽签方式分组，对照组(n=45)应用克罗米芬治疗，治疗组(n=45)应用阿司匹林、克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗方案，对比两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度变化。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率是95.6%，治疗后的子宫内膜厚度是(11.7±1.0)mm；对照组治疗总有效率是68.9%，治疗后的子宫内膜厚度是(8.7±1.5) m m；两组患者治疗总有效率和子宫内膜厚度的组间对比均有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论：阿司匹林、克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激联合治疗不孕不育症的临床疗效肯定，可明显解除其不育不孕症状，增加其子宫内膜厚度，值得借鉴。%Objective: To study the effect of combination therapy for infertility by Clomifene, human chorionic gonadotropic hormones and aspirin. Methods: 90 cases infertility patients during October 2014 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group (n=45, with application of Clomifene) and treatment group (n=45, with application of aspirin, clomifene, and human chorionic gonadotropin. Clinical curative effect and treatment of endometrial thickness changes were compared between two groups of patients.Results: total effectiveness rate of the treatment group is 95.6%, after treatment of endometrial thickness is (11.7±1.0) mm; total effective rate of the control group is 68.9%, and after the treatment of endometrial thickness is (8.7±1.5) mm; Total effective rate of two groups patients and endometrial thickness between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Aspirin, Clomifene, and human chorionic gonadotropin combined therapy treatment showed good clinical curative effect for infertility, can obviously relieve the infertility symptoms, increasing the thickness of endometrium, thus it is worth using for reference.
