复方阿米洛利联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效

摘要

目的：探究复方阿米洛利联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年7月至2016年7月间84例在我院接受治疗的老年高血压患者，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，两组各有患者42例。给予观察组患者复方阿米洛利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片进行治疗，给予对照组患者苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片联合替米沙坦进行治疗。治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组患者；同时观察组患者治疗2周、4周及2个月后收缩压与舒张压水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：患者在接受治疗后，观察组老年高血压患者治疗效果较好，采用复方阿米洛利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片治疗老年高血压患者的方法可进行推广。%Objective: To explore the effect of combined therapy of compound amiloride with amlodipine on senile hypertension.Methods: 84 cases elderly patients with high blood pressure from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 patients in each. Observation group patients received combined therapy with compound amiloride and benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine dispersible tablets treatment, while control group patients received benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine dispersible tablets in combination with telmisartan treatment. Treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results: Total effective rate of observation group patients was significantly better than control group patients; after treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 2 months, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Combined therapy treatment of compound amiloride joint benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine dispersible tablets in the observation group showed better treatment effect compared with the control group.
