米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠的综合护理干预分析

摘要

Objective: To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention analysis of termination of early pregnancy by mifepristone coordinates Mrs.Misoprostol.Methods: 120 cases of pregnant women who accepted the drug abortion were selected from the April, 2013 to April, 2 015, to randomly divided into two groups, each with 60 cases. They were given the mifepristone coordinates Mrs.Misoprostol for treatment. The control group was treated by routine nursing intervention, and the treatment group was implemented by the comprehensive nursing intervention. The abortion outcome and nursing satisfaction of them were compared.Results: The abortion success rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, that was significantly greater than the 81.7% (P<0.05).Conclusion: The mifepristone combined Mrs.Misoprostol was able to effectively terminate the early pregnancy, and by providing the comprehensive nursing intervention during the process of drug for further strengthen the drug therapeutic effect, which is worth for promotion.%目的：分析综合护理干预在米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠中的应用价值。方法：选择2013年4月至2015年4月在我院接受药物流产的120例孕妇，将其随机分为两组，各60例。两组均实施米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗，对照组采用常规护理干预措施，观察组实施综合护理干预措施。对比两组孕妇流产结局及护理满意度。结果：观察组流产成功率为93.3%，明显高于对照组的81.7%，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇可有效终止早期妊娠，在用药过程中给予孕妇综合护理干预能够进一步增强药物疗效，值得推广。
