奥硝唑根管糊剂局部应用治疗乳牙根尖周炎效果评价

Objective: To evaluate the ornidazole root canal paste on the topical treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Methods: 80 cases of deciduous teeth with periapical periodontitis in our hospital during May 2015 to May 2016, in accordance with the treatment time and personal wishes, were divided into study group (40 cases/ 52 star) and the reference group (n= 40 cases/ 49 star). Reference group patients underwent conventional root canal filling paste, while the study group were treated with Ornidazole root tube paste, and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of study group was 95%, while the reference group was 67.50%, with significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of ornidazole root canal paste in the topical treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth is obvious. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：分析奥硝唑根管糊剂局部应用于乳牙根尖周炎临床治疗中的效果。方法：择取本院于2015年5月至2016年5月期间收治的乳牙根尖周炎患者80例，按照患者的就诊时间以及个人意愿，划分为研究组(40例/52颗)与参照组(40例/49颗)。对参照组患者行常规根充糊剂治疗，对研究组患者行奥硝唑根管糊剂治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：研究组患者的临床治疗有效率为95.00%，参照组患者的临床治疗有效率为67.50%，对比两组数据，组间差异P<0.05，存在与统计学意义要求相符的差异。结论：乳牙根肩周炎临床治疗过程中，去奥硝唑根管糊剂对患者行局部牙齿根管填充治疗，效果十分确切，可以快速缓解患者的临床症状，促进患者早期康复，值得临床实践推广与使用。
