中原油田废弃钻井液污染评价及处理剂研究

摘要

通过对中原油田四大区块(文留油田、濮城油田、卫城油田、胡状油田)废钻井液进行污染评价、分析。在室内通过对20余种处理剂的筛选，针对中原油田实际情况研究出适用于聚合物钻井液的处理剂配方，并经现场应用证明，该工艺处理成本低、施工过程简单，实用效果好，经济社会效益显著。该技术经过近三年的实践证明，有65%的覆土可返耕，有40%的返耕土长出农作物。%In this paper,pollution degree of waste drilling fluid is evaluated and analysed in four regions (Wenliu Oilfield,Pucheng Oilfield,Weicheng Oilfield,Huzhuang Oilfield) of Zhongyuan Oilfield,The treatment of waste drilling fluid is extensively reviewed.Based on actual condition of Zhongyuan Oilfield,the treatment formula which suit polymer drilling fluid is researched.Through field application,the results show that the cost of the treatment technique is low,operation is simple,actual consequence is good,economic benefit and social benefit is obvious.By application for 3 years,65% pollution areas have been modified to farms and 40% farms have good harvest.
