压裂水平井人工裂缝起裂规律与施工对策

     

摘要

The mechanical model of horizontal wellbore and the computational model of fracture initiation angle were established by analyzing the force condition and stress distribution of horizontal wellbore, then the fracture initiation angle was computed with horizontal different hole azimuth angle from 0 to 90. And the reliability of calculation result of the model was proved by compared with small scale fracturing friction, hydraulic fracture mapping and field fracturing curve. Operation difficulty of horizontal fracturing was analyzed about different hole azimuth angle, and optimized design methods were given. All of above provide sufficient guarantee for field fracturing operation.%通过对水平井筒受力状态和应力分布的分析,建立了水平井筒井壁受力模型和起裂角的计算模型,利用模型对不同井眼方位角水平井人工裂缝起裂角的进行了计算,并与小型压裂测试近井筒扭曲摩阻结果、井下微地震人工裂缝监测结果和现场施工数据曲线压力变化规律进行了对比分析,验证了模型计算结果的可靠性,并针对不同井眼方位角水平井压裂施工难度进行了分析,给出了压裂施工优化设计方法,保证了不同井眼方位角水平井压裂改造的成功率.
