水平井超低土相混油钻井液技术

摘要

面对提速降本与井下安全的双重压力,对往年水平井应用的低固相无荧光润滑钻井液进行了优化,在2口水平段大于600m的水平井上采用超低土相混油钻井液顺利完钻.该钻井液在中测时控制白土加量,增加超细碳酸钙的加量,尽量将白土含量降到最低程度,有利于钻井施工的顺利进行；通过加入KCl等强抑制无机盐,控制了井壁的坍塌；通过适当提高体系的动塑比和静切力,提高了钻井液的携砂和悬浮能力,避免了岩屑床的形成；原油的加入,提高了钻井液的润滑性能.%Faced with the pressure from reducing cost and increasing penetration rate, the drilling fluid system is optimized, and the ultra-low clay and crude oil mixed drilling fluid system is successfully applied in two wells of horizontal sections over 600 m. The content of clay is limited but the content of ultra-fine calcium carbonate is increased, and KC1 is used to improve inhibition, also the crude oil modifies the lubricating performance.
