浅谈建筑用光伏玻璃和真空玻璃的结构功能一体化的发展与应用

     

摘要

PV (photovoltaic) glass and vacuum glass are two of the typical energy-saving glasses, which are widely used in the construction. During on-line service processes, the function degenerations for PV glass and vacuum glass usually cause the disappearance of energy-conservation and the environmental protection capacity. The shortcomings of the structural performance often bring to a great loss of human's lives and property or catastrophic consequences. The combination of structure and function for architectural glass is the key to make it be useful and practical. At present, our country has developed R D and production of PV glass and vacuum glass. Because these two kinds of glass have a common shortcoming, viz., less satisfactory of the security, the purpose of the structure-function integration glass research and design is to combine the energy saving effects and safety of glass. In this work, we discuss the bottleneck for the developments of PV glass and vacuum glass industry, and give some suggestions for feasible advice and future research work. It is beneficial to reduce glass accident, improve public safely and ensure the safety of people's lives and wealth.%光伏玻璃和真空玻璃是典型的建筑节能型玻璃,在建筑工程结构中的应用越来越广泛。服役过程中,功能的退化导致节能环保效果的消失,而结构性能的不足则常引起人民生命财产的损失甚至灾难性的后果。建筑玻璃的结构功能一体化是将玻璃产品实用化的关键。针对我国大力开展光伏玻璃和真空玻璃的研发和生产的现状以及这两类节能玻璃在建筑结构应用中安全可靠性差的瓶颈问题,开展建筑玻璃的结构功能一体化的研究与设计,其目的是形成建筑玻璃节能与安全的统一。本文对光伏玻璃和真空玻璃产业发展的瓶颈问题进行了分析和讨论,并提出切实可行的建议和需要开展的研究工作。研究结果有利于减少玻璃服役事故,提高公共安全,保障人民生命财产安全。
